MEMBERSHIP POLICY

 

This Membership Policy sets out the main terms and conditions governing the activation, renewal, suspension, and termination of memberships at TROMARAS Strength Club.

1. Membership Activation and Duration: Each membership becomes active on the agreed start date and remains valid for the duration specified in the selected package.

2. Membership Payment: Payment is due upon activation of the membership and covers the full cost of the selected package.

3. Membership Renewal: Membership renewal is optional and takes place at the member's discretion upon expiry of the current membership. No automatic renewal or charges will occur without prior agreement.

4. Membership Suspension: Memberships have a predetermined duration and, as a general rule, cannot be suspended or extended due to personal commitments, professional obligations, holidays, or temporary inability to attend, including health-related reasons, without prejudice to any rights provided under applicable law.

5. Temporary Gym Closure: In the event of a mandatory closure of the facilities ordered by a competent public authority (lockdown), active memberships will be suspended for the corresponding period and will resume once the gym reopens, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

6. Non-transferability of Membership: Memberships are personal and cannot be transferred to another individual.

7. Cancellation and Refunds: Once activated, membership fees are generally non-refundable, and no cash refunds are provided for unused sessions resulting from the member's own choice or circumstances attributable to the member, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8. Violation of Gym Rules and Regulations: In the event of a serious or repeated violation of the Gym Rules and Regulations, management reserves the right to terminate the membership early, in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law. Any outstanding financial matters or refund claims will be assessed in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

 

Membership activation is subject to the member being informed of the applicable terms and conditions and accepting them as part of the registration process.
