Certified Sports Nutritionist (CISSN), from the International Society of Sports Nutrition.
He participates and attends the postgraduate program of the International Community of Nutrition and Metabolism (ESPEN), entitled "Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism".
He has worked for a number of years as a Ski Instructor in H.K. Parnassos and as a rescuer-rescuer in H.K. Kalavryton as well as a teacher and fitness trainer in many gyms and sports clubs.
His main research interest is in the maximization of sports performance, where he collaborates with high-level athletes in many different sports, while systematically dealing with the training of professionals in the field of sports nutrition.
His great love is all kinds of activities in the mountains and in recent years he has been involved in mountain running as an amateur.
