

PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Training, also known as individualized training, is a service where you have the opportunity to train in a fully personalized and focused way with a certified Physical Education Instructor (PEI).
The benefits of this service are numerous. You receive exclusive supervision from the PEI, minimizing the risk of injuries. There is a wide variety of exercises and programs, and the workout is more intense, with a deeper focus on your goals and detailed guidance to achieve them.
The service is offered in the large, fully equipped gym space, and each training session lasts 55 minutes.
To start personalized training, you must undergo an initial consultation to gather your medical and training history, along with body measurements. You will also need to provide the necessary documents (a cardiologist’s certificate, a copy of your ID, and any additional tests if required) and prepay your subscription. All personal data collected is handled in compliance with the new GDPR regulations of the European Union.
Additionally, to monitor your progress, we evaluate the key parameters of your physical fitness through ergometric assessments, which are repeated monthly or as deemed necessary based on your goals or the trainer's recommendations.
