    The website http://www.tromaras.com and the services provided through it (hereinafter, collectively the “Website”), are provided to you by the sole proprietorship: Konstantinos Tromaras – Gym Services (hereinafter, as TSC). Please read the following terms carefully. They are the terms and conditions that govern your access to and use of the Website. If you do not accept the following terms and conditions, you must not make any further use of the Website, nor register any of your information on it. In any case, your use of the Website means your full and unreserved acceptance of these terms of use, as they will apply when you use the Website each time, and implies your legal commitment to them. TSC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, but undertakes the obligation to update this text for any modification or addition. Therefore, please visit this website regularly. The Website may contain links to third-party websites and websites. TSC does not bear any responsibility for the content created or published by third parties and included on websites or websites to which there may be such links on the Website.

    The Website contains text, photographs, trademarks and trade names, databases, software and other material on which intellectual and/or industrial and/or commercial property rights exist of TSC and/or its licensors and to which the Website provides access and possibility of use is provided exclusively for the purposes of the Website. Thus, access to and use of the Site, as well as any material owned by TSC or its licensors and provided through or on behalf of the Site, is provided by TSC solely for the purposes described on the Site and solely for personal use of the respective visitor / user of the Website. The commercial exploitation of the Website or any part thereof, as well as the republication, reproduction, in whole or in part and in any way, and the summary or paraphrased or adapted performance of any part of the Website without the prior written permission of TSC is strictly prohibited. The same applies to the granting of access in any way to material downloaded through or thanks to the Website and not publicly available.

    All users of the Website are required to make lawful use of it, strictly observing all obligations and restrictions imposed on them by applicable legislation, good business practices or these terms.
